I just can’t say enough about the experience. I learn every time I’m on an EDGE call.

Our Community

We believe in the power of bringing people together. That’s why we work to provide our mentors, mentees and local leaders with the chance to engage with each other and with Indiana’s most influential leaders – all year round. This year, we hosted 10 events to connect the EDGE community!

Burst Event: How to Build a City

Our April Burst Event at the Heslar Naval Armory sold out at nearly 300 attendees! We welcomed four Indianapolis leaders to discuss the importance of building a culturally rich city.

We also welcomed a special guest – Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett!
Check out the recap (with the full video) below.

Connect Breakfasts

In May, we hosted 100 Indianapolis business leaders to share the EDGE mission and vision. We also welcomed Derrick Feldmann, president of Achieve and author of Social Movements for Good, as our keynote speaker.

In September, we partnered with the Trinity Forum to host a connect breakfast featuring world renowned artist Makoto Fujimura, who spoke about the importance of culture care – based on his recently published book.

EDGE Social Meetups

HOLIDAY SOCIAL.png

2017 is the year we kicked off Social Meetups. These fun, pop-up style gatherings give mentors and mentees the opportunity to enjoy a drink and some appetizers after work while hanging out with fellow EDGE members.

Our venues of choice have been local breweries around Indianapolis, including Metazoa Brewing Company and Centerpoint Brewing.

2017 has been a great year. 2018 could be even better.

If you’ve been impacted or inspired by the work we’re doing here at EDGE, would you consider giving a one-time or recurring donation this holiday season? Your gift allows us to continue our mission to equip the next generation of servant leaders.
