Emmy Award winner and Evansville native, Anthony Calhoun, is the Sports Director at WISH-TV. In addition to his daily reporting and anchoring duties, A.C. also keeps busy hosting several highly rated local sports shows including, SportsLocker, seen every Sunday at 10:15 p.m. on WISH-TV and Emmy-award-winning Countdown to Kickoff, a Colts pre-game show.

Prior to joining WISH-TV in 1998, A.C. worked as a weekend sports anchor/reporter at WTVH-TV in Syracuse, New York. He has also served as a play-by-play announcer for NCAA Basketball on ESPN and as the voice of Butler basketball on MyINDY-TV.

Off the set, A.C. spends his time helping our community. The AC Charity Golf Classic has raised more than one million dollars to promote excellence in inner-city youth education. This event, which has become one of the premiere golf fundraisers in Indiana, attracts scores of local athletes, celebrities, and business and community leaders. For his tireless dedication to our community, A.C. received the Achievement in Motion Award for community service from former Governor Mitch Daniels.
