What makes a mentee?
EDGE mentees are young professionals between 22 and 34 years old. They’re passionate about pursuing growth in every area of their lives with a strong community of leaders, learners and doers.
As a mentee, you’re making an investment in your growth – and that can only happen if you invest in your group. We expect mentees to commit to 2-4 hours per month for at least one year, attend 80 percent of scheduled calls, and complete occasional prep work.
Whether it's having dinner with your EDGE group or grabbing coffee with your mentor before work, the development of these relationships outside of your scheduled calls is what shapes your experience.
Confidentiality is a crucial component of the EDGE experience. We ask that mentees are respectful of the sensitive nature of the experiences and stories that may be shared within your group.
