EDGE Mentoring Continues Growth And Obtains 501(c)(3) status

INDIANAPOLIS (Mar. 15, 2016) – EDGE Mentoring, the nation’s most influential mentoring organization for emerging leaders, officially launched as an independent 501(c)(3) organization on February 15, 2016. 

Read this letter from EDGE Mentoring President and CEO, Dave Neff:

We are excited to officially announce that EDGE Mentoring became an independent, 501(c)(3) organization on February 15, 2016. We are grateful for our relationship with Truth at Work, our parent organization, over the past couple years.

As a result of the continued growth of mentors and mentees joining EDGE, it made sense for this transition to happen naturally. EDGE has a pay-it-forward model, intentionally designed so that mentees are only required to invest their time and talent. They must demonstrate a hunger to grow in all areas of life and to invest in the EDGE experience by fully engaging with their mentor, fellow mentees and others in #EDGEnation.

EDGE is committed to our vision of equipping the next generation of godly leaders by sharpening the influence and impact of emerging leaders through meaningful mentoring relationships.

We recruit the very best mentors who bring professional credibility, wisdom gained from life experience and a servant’s heart, passion, and energy to invest in the next generation.

I believe 2016 will be our best year yet as our team has grown, the number of individuals participating (from 100 to nearly 400 in the past two years) continues to increase, our digital efforts expand and our Burst event series along with our annual keystone event continues to grow in scope and reach.
