EDGE Mentoring Adds Five Key Leaders to Board of Directors
INDIANAPOLIS (March 30, 2020) – EDGE Mentoring, the leader in whole-person development, is proud to announce the addition of five key leaders to its Board of Directors: Kirby Green, Bayer Crop Science; Natalie Litera, KSM Consulting; Katie Lucas, Lucas Oil Products; Micah Vincent, The Heritage Group; and Rick Woolworth, Telemachus.

Kirby Green helps farmers grow their crops and their profits as a leader with Bayer Crop Science. Kirby also hosts the Sharpen Podcast, home to over 10,000 young professionals for content to sharpen influence in the workplace and beyond. Sharpen is a passion project of Kirby’s focused on life-long learning, intergenerational relationships, and vocational calling.
Natalie Litera serves as Chief Operating Officer at KSM Consulting, where she is responsible for positively impacting the course and culture of KSMC by driving continuous advancement in operational excellence. In the community, Natalie serves as an EDGE mentor and leads job readiness courses as well as sits on the Board for Purposeful Design, an organization dedicated to rebuilding the lives of those broken by homelessness and addiction.
Katie Lucas is the Business and Philanthropic Advisor at Lucas Oil Products, the world leader of high-performance lubricants and problem solving additives. Katie also serves on the board of the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation. She is a former Big Brothers Big Sisters Board Member as well as Big Sister. Her other non-profit affiliations include Wheeler Mission, Open Hearts Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Indianapolis Colts Women’s Organization and CARA Charities.
Micah Vincent is Vice President, Strategy + M&A at The Heritage Group. Prior to joining The Heritage Group, Micah served as the Chief Financial Officer for the State of Indiana and in other leadership roles within Indiana state government. Micah has been professionally involved in Indianapolis since graduating from Purdue University and Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
Rick Woolworth is a 35-year veteran of Wall Street, having spent the majority of his career at Morgan Stanley in both investment banking and investment management. Rick currently pursues his passion for mentoring and coming alongside emerging leaders as President of Telemachus which he co-founded in 2010.
